Treatment Flow

1. Inquiry

   Please prepare documents that show the symptoms you are concerned about and your current health condition (health check-up report or MRI within the last 3 months). Once you are ready, please contact us with an ID that includes a photo (such as a passport).

2. Reservation

   After your inquiry, our staff will confirm the appointment schedule and make a reservation.

3. Reservation Confirmation

   We will notify you once the reservation is completed.

4. First Visit

   First, please fill out the provided checklist, and the doctor will explain the stem cell therapy to you. Based on the documents you bring, we will propose the most suitable treatment plan according to your current health condition.

5. Cell Collection

   We will collect a blood sample and cells from the abdominal fat about 5mm in size. The procedure takes about 20 minutes and is performed under local anesthesia. After cell collection, the nurse will check the wound and provide medication.

6. Payment

   Our clinic operates on a self-pay basis. Payment will be required at the time of cell collection. Payments can be made after the cell collection. We accept UnionPay, Alipay, LINE Pay, and international wire transfers.

7. Cell Cultivation

   We will start cultivating the stem cells in the lab. The cultivation period is about 4 weeks. The administration date will be scheduled after the cell collection fee is paid.

8. Treatment Day

   Before the treatment, the doctor and staff will report the test results. Then, we will confirm the treatment details and administration method for the day, and you will actually see the stem cells in front of you. Please make sure to visit on the specified date and time to maintain the activity of the stem cells.

9. Administration

   Stem cells will be administered to the concerned area by subcutaneous injection or IV drip. The procedure takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour. During administration, the doctor will check the wound from the cell collection.

10. End of Treatment

    Before you go home, the staff will explain post-treatment precautions. We will provide a checklist to be filled out after 3 months and a summary of the precautions, so please make sure to take them home.

11. Completion of Procedure

    You can go home (or return to your country) on the same day.

12. After Returning Home (or to Your Country)

    If you feel unwell or have any concerns, please contact us at any time. Our staff and doctors will respond promptly.

13. 3 Months Later

    Our staff will contact you, so please report using the provided checklist. The doctor may give instructions for further tests at that time.

14. Completion

    If you wish to have a follow-up visit or additional treatment, please contact us, and we will arrange it.
